Participants don’t have to wait for the microphone to ask a question. In the mobile app or on the event website, they select a talk, type in their question and send it with a single click. You decide at which points in the programme questions can be asked.
If you wish to control the content of the questions, enable moderation. New questions will then be pending approval, and the speaker will receive a notification that a question is awaiting approval. The question can be approved or rejected by the organiser via the dashboard or by the speaker themselves via the app. Without moderation, questions are published immediately.
You can also allow participants to vote on other people’s questions. The most popular questions move to the top of the list, so the presenter can immediately see what the audience is most keen to ask about.
Questions on the projector screen
You can display questions on the large screen in the room. You can choose a light or dark theme and highlight colours, and decide whether to show the number of votes. The presenter marks questions that have already been read out, so everyone can see which ones have been answered.
These same features work during live streams, meaning that online participants can also ask questions.
