Voting

The voting module allows participants to select the best entries from amongst those you have prepared, such as abstracts, posters, competition entries or ideas submitted by the team.

Each entry is an article with a description and a photo, placed in a selected category. For each category, you can enable voting and set:

the start and end dates for voting,

the maximum number of votes per person (or no limit),

the groups of participants who can vote, e.g. the jury only.

Logged-in participants vote via the mobile app. The system ensures that each person casts only one vote per entry and does not exceed the limit, and voting is blocked outside the designated period. You can view the number of votes for each entry in real time in the dashboard.

You can also vote on questions for the speakers, ensuring that those which interest the audience most rise to the top of the list.
