Whether it’s a banquet, a gala or a networking dinner with assigned seating, there are always hundreds of questions asking “Where am I sitting?” and a seating plan that needs to be amended right up to the last minute. The table selection module moves this process to the mobile app and the event website: participants choose their own seats, whilst the organiser can see the occupancy status of each table in real time via the dashboard.

You can define the venue layout in a matter of minutes. You create a venue (a room or an event day), add tables to it individually or in batches, and set the number of seats at each one. You can attach a floor plan, restrict bookings to selected groups of attendees, specify the booking period, and decide whether guests can see who is sitting next to them. Need the venue in several variations for different days? You can duplicate the venue with a single click.

Participants see a list of tables with clear colour-coded indicators: available, partially occupied, full. They can register for their chosen table, move to another one or cancel their registration within the specified time window, and their seat is always visible at the top of the tab. The search function allows them to check which table a friend, work colleague or speaker is sitting at, so no one needs to walk round the room asking.

The organiser has full control. In the dashboard, they can manually seat guests on the table layout, import a pre-prepared seating plan from Excel, export the current list of bookings with contact details, and view the occupancy report at any time. The assigned table also appears in the participant’s details and in the reception app, so staff at the entrance can immediately show guests to their seats.
