Floor plans

A large conference centre, several halls and an exhibitors’ area? Floor plans will help participants find their way to the right place quickly.

In the dashboard, you can add as many floor plans as you like: floor plans, room layouts, a map of exhibition stands, or a map of the festival grounds or the surrounding area. Each plan has a title and a position in the list, and you can upload high-resolution images so they can be easily zoomed in on.

The maps are available in the mobile app and on the website, where they can be opened in a zoomed-in view. It’s a simple way to reduce questions such as ‘Where is Hall B?’ and take some of the pressure off the event staff.
