Roommate matching

On team-building trips and off-site training sessions, participants often share rooms. Instead of collecting requests by email, let them pair up themselves via the app or on the website.

A participant selects someone from the list who does not yet have a room-mate and sends them an invitation. The invitee accepts or declines it. Once accepted, any remaining invitations for both participants are automatically cancelled, ensuring that no one ends up in two different rooms.

You set the timeframe during which participants can pair up, and you can restrict pairing to selected groups of participants. Participants are notified of invitations via push notifications and, optionally, by email. In the dashboard, you can view the list of pairs, edit them and add them manually, whilst exporting those without a partner will help finalise the list before you submit it to the hotel.
