Each participant can have their own tab in the app and on the website, containing information tailored specifically to them: their hotel room number, table number, coach allocation, workshop group or transfer time.

You define the fields yourself in the control panel. Each field has a name in selected languages and can contain text or an image, such as a map showing how to get there. You also have pre-defined fields at your disposal: hotel, room, table number, tags and the table selected in the table selection module.

You can enter values manually for each participant or import them for everyone from an Excel file. Participants can view their details after logging in, e.g. ‘Your room: 214’. The same information is visible to staff in the reception app, so it’s easy to show guests to their room or table on arrival.
